In downtown Denver at 15th and Delgany, Verve is a contemporary, 10-story mixed-use apartment building.

Verve required stormwater management including underground detention and sandfilter vaults with above grade bio-retention facilities. Communication was paramount between civil, architectural, structural, plumbing, and landscaping firms to ensure a cohesive final product, as well as with the City and County of Denver to efficiently and cost-effectively navigate through the regulatory process.
