Fieldhouse is a for-rent apartment development located in Thornton, Colorado. The property contains 312 apartment units divided among 13 garden style buildings. The project features abundant open spaces, including community clubhouse, swimming pool, picnic areas, fire pit, bocce ball court and dog park. This 21.4-acre property is within walking distance to the Eastlake/124th RTD Commuter Station, making for easy city access via Light Rail.
Redland was elated to assist the developer, Carmel Partners, on this successful project by providing entitlement coordination, land planning, and civil engineering services. Architecture was provided by KEPHART. Redland navigated numerous stakeholders throughout the entitlement process, including the City of Thornton, the Signal Ditch Company, Magellan Midstream Gas, and Mile High Flood District.
The initial phase was released in 2023 and leasing is anticipated to begin for final phase in early 2024.
