Originally developed as an aircraft/aerospace manufacturing facility, Midtown is Brookfield Residential’s first mixed use infill community in the U.S. and Adams County’s first urban infill master plan development.
The community is designed with a pedestrian-friendly atmosphere, where a blend of single-family, townhomes, paired homes and multi-family units surround a retail center and 43-acre regional park.
Another core aspect in developing this area was meeting and exceeding Built Green Standards to champion a more progressive ‘green’ community. Redland implemented Low Impact Development (LID) practices to create a sustainable and environmentally-conscious community.
