The Wheat Ridge Town Center Senior Housing Apartments is part of the Town Center North Urban Renewal Authority redevelopment site. The Colorado Housing Finance Authority financed projects on Lots 1 and 2. Initially, Redland completed 88 units in a single, 4-story building with a total of 89,200 square feet and three 8-unit garage buildings on the first lot. The second lot consists of 50 units in a single, 4-story building with a total of 61,000 square feet and two garage buildings.
