BackCountry is an open-space oriented community with over 130 acres of parks, trails, and natural features. Painted Sky at BackCountry was designed to meet the growing market of active adults interested in living in the panoramic BackCountry community.
Redland worked closely in tandem with Shea Homes and the other members of the project team to minimize infrastructure requirements to create a more sensitive design showcasing full intentions to properly preserve the surrounding natural beauty. This care and respect led to great successes in integrating existing homes, roads, and grade constraints.
