Sterling Ranch will have a state-of-the-art approach to water supply and management. Designed to be Colorado’s most water-efficient community, Sterling Ranch will harvest rainwater and utilize cutting-edge water conservation techniques to ensure a renewable water source that is both reliable and less expensive to the homeowner.
The 3400 acre, $4.3 billion project will provide more than 12,000 new homes planned within nine distinct walkable villages with abundant open space. Each village will have a unique character with nearby elementary schools and a Town Center with coffee shops, dining, working, and shopping. With 30 miles of hiking, biking and horseback riding trails connecting two state parks, residents will be able to live the active outdoor spirit of Colorado.
