The Story of Redland
Before we set out to embrace your visions, we needed to first realize ours. A band of experienced veterans believed a consulting firm could establish a solid foundation of unwavering commitments—not just to our clients, but to our employees and surrounding communities as well.
Behind this business model and these principles, Redland opened for business in 2008. And it paid off. As a Colorado-based consulting firm, we provide civil engineering and design, land planning, streamlined entitlement processing, site plan optimization, due diligence, and feasibility analysis and program management to public and private clients across our state and the Western United States.
It’s through our uniquely-individualized, mutually-beneficial, and specialized expertise in their respective fields that leaders and visionaries choose Redland and recommend them for their vast portfolio services.
