A new community built for Colorado is taking shape north of Denver; Barefoot Lakes, a Redland project, is seeing great success after thoughtful planning and design.
The Redland team showed up bright and early on Saturday for the St. Patrick’s Brew Run 5K. Several associates would come away with top race honors.
This Spring, the Redland team got up from our desks and went out to visit our latest projects. To kick off 2017, we visited the new Central Park site in Highlands Ranch and the Painted Sky neighborhood at Backcountry, also in Highlands Ranch.
In keeping with our tradition of creating great places, Redland will be presenting the Innovation award at the 2017 Urban Land Institute Impact Awards.
Redland is helping to deliver needed office/distribution space to the City of Centennial as crews recently broke ground on Encompass Business Park.
Another Redland project is progressing in Brighton as Old Chicago Pizza & Taproom recently started vertical construction.
Work has started on another Redland project in Broomfield.
Last March, hundreds of Urban Land Institute (ULI) members gathered in a frigid airplane hangar in Aurora, Colorado for a Redland-sponsored event on “The Death and Life of American Retail”.
Construction has begun on another Redland project at Lincoln Commons in Lone Tree.
