Redland is excited to take part in improving Cherry Creek School District’s remote learning program at Cherry Creek Elevation. During the 2020-21 school year, Cherry Creek Elevation’s enrollment increased to over 10,000 online students. The recently completed renovation of the 77,700 square-foot building included a parking lot expansion, new drop-off and pick-up area, an outdoor learning plaza, and playground on the 10 acre site in Centennial, Colorado.

Redland is proud to be part of the team for Intersand’s new facility in Windsor, Colorado. Intersand, a Canada-based global cat litter producer, just opened its first U.S. headquarters at the Great Western Industrial Park. Their new 46,000 square-foot rail-served facility now provides them expanded packaging and distribution capabilities.
