At Redland, we are dedicated to excellence and shared values in all of our projects.  We are thrilled to see one of our latest projects, the HCA Swedish Medical Center Neuro Expansion, recognized for multiple awards, including a Healthcare Design Award of Merit from Engineering News Record, and an ACE Award for Best Building from the Associated General Contractors of Colorado (AGC).

The expansion of Swedish Medical Center – one of the largest in the hospital’s history – added two floors and 40 rooms to their facility.  Additionally, the intensive care unit, lobby, and the first and second floors saw renovations.

Redland is proud to have provided civil engineering and entitlement services for the project’s owner, Hospital Corp. of America (HCA) Healthcare, and project architect, Perkins + Will.  Special thanks to the general contractor, JE Dunn, for use of their project photo in this article.
