Redland is working with Thrive Homebuilders to deliver an exciting new residential component to the growing Downtown Superior neighborhood. Utilizing our Land Planning, Landscape Architecture, and Civil Engineering studios all together, this project is primed to become another great place!
The initial phase of this project includes blocks 14 ad 26 within the buzzing Downtown Superior neighborhood. Located to the southeast of US-36 and McCaslin Blvd., the 2.7-acre site will contribute 51 two and three-story townhomes. Both blocks are within close proximity to formal neighborhood parks and within walking distance of the active Main Street.
Redland is thrilled to be providing land planning, landscape architecture, civil engineering, and entitlement services for this project. This has allowed all of Redland’s specialties to contribute towards making the project vision become reality; from initial design sketches, to the 3D site studies/renderings, all the way to final construction documents.
