Residing in the town of Firestone, Barefoot Lakes is comfortably located between Denver and Ft. Collins. Barefoot Lakes is the perfect blend of the outdoors and suburbia, featuring iconic bodies of water surrounding the development, with an expansive set of trails and open space.

The 1,300-acre master-planned community has recently taken several exciting steps to completion. Construction for Filing 6 has begun and homes are now on the way. In addition, the Filing 7 preliminary plat was approved in December. Filing 7 will hold over 650 total lots of single-family attached and single-family detached homes. There are also plans for mixed-use amenities, a fire station, and trail connections.
