Redland is helping to bring a new hotel to the City of Brighton as Holiday Inn was recently approved for construction  at the Prairie Center Village.

The new hotel will have 88 rooms and boast conference space and an indoor pool facility.  Groundbreaking will occur in Fall 2017, with completion anticipated to be Fall 2018.

Redland is proud to have provided landscape architecture, civil engineering, and entitlement services for the project owner, Trisimo Brighton III, LLC., and project architect, Associated Architects / American Healthcare Designers.
