Redland is bringing new homes to the City of Brighton as Prairie Center Village One was recently approved for construction.

Located to the northeast of Eagle Boulevard and S. 27th Avenue in the City of Brighton, Prairie Center Village One will be composed of 370 single-family lots over approximately 141 acres.  Groundbreaking is anticipated to be late 2017.

As a whole, the Prairie Center Master Plan will include over 4,500 homes over 2,000 acres.  When fully built out, the new Prairie Center neighborhood will include a new school, open space, and miles of trails.
