This summer, another Redland team member reached a major milestone.
Redland project manager, Travis, recently achieved eight years of working with the firm. As a part of Redland’s benefits, associates who reach at least the seven-year milestone earn four weeks of continuous leave and receive a travel bonus. This break enables associates to pursue their life goals outside the office.
Company President, Chris Pangburn, proudly presented a jumbo-sized check along with his congratulations, “Travis was one of the first employees to join Redland back in 2009, and he continues to be a shining star in the firm today. I’m happy to see Travis earn this well-deserved reward and to enjoy his time with friends and family.”
Travis, who posed for a picture with Redland’s founders, kicked off his sabbatical with an extended camping trip high up in the Rocky Mountains, “Redland is an amazing place to work and I appreciate the unique opportunity to spend this time having fun with my family and exploring Colorado.”
