Work is progressing at Encompass Business Park as vertical construction is well underway on the first building, Encompass 150.

The form of the structure has taken shape as the walls have been tilted up to form the shell of the building.  With completion anticipated in Fall 2017, Encompass 150 will provide 150,000 square feet of office/distribution space.

The overall site, which is located at the north of E. Fremont Ave., between S. Blackhawk St. and S. Potomac St. in Centennial, will be completed in several phases and represents one of the last vacant parcels to be developed in close proximity to Arapahoe Road near Centennial Airport.
