Redland is helping bring new homes to the City of Brighton.  Farmlore, a new residential master plan, received approval of its Planned-Unit-Development.

Farmlore is a 476-acre master-planned community located south of 144th Avenue and east of Sable Boulevard.  It will be home to approximately 2,000 housing units, with a variety of stylings, including traditional detached homes, paired homes, as well as front loaded and alley loaded products.  The neighborhood will provide a strong park and trail system, connecting to the future Prairie Lakes Park and Open Space.  Additionally, the community will reflect the region’s agricultural roots by rehabilitating an existing 7,000 square foot barn structure to serve as a cultural hub and amenity.

Ultimately, Farmlore will provide an appealing range of high-quality housing, with a friendly, small-town vibe.
