Redland is helping to bring a brand-new iconic landmark to Highlands Ranch.  Construction commenced this week on the Central Park Tower, a 150 foot tall tower centered in one of the newest developments in Highlands Ranch.

Located in the Central Park development, the tower, which is made up of three primary members leaned against each other, has been nicknamed “Chopsticks” by Douglas County staff, and will serve as the centerpiece of the community park and interactive plaza.  Additionally, it will function as an important communications tower for Douglas County emergency responders.

The Shops at Central Park construction continues to progress with vertical construction well underway on the many buildings that will make up the latest expansion of the Town Center Neighborhood.  Redland is proud to be providing civil engineering, entitlement, and planning services for the owner, Shea Properties.
