The developing Ken Caryl Ranch North Plains neighborhood in Jefferson County has achieved new milestones. Civil improvements on Filing 1 are currently being completed and going through the initial acceptance phase with Jefferson County. Roads have been paved and homebuilders, Toll Brothers and Lennar, will soon begin vertical construction. Filing 1 consists of 115 acres and 249 single-family homes, as well as 3.7 acre neighborhood park.
North Plains received another exciting update with a recent site development plan approval by Jefferson County. This site will introduce a premier apartment community consisting of seven buildings. The apartments will have a clubhouse, pool, dog parks, and a scenic overlook.
