Redland is pleased to announce the recent approval of the Ken Caryl Ranch North Plains Filing No. 1 development by the Jefferson County Board of County Commissioners. Redland provided land planning, civil engineering, and landscape architecture services. Redland’s construction management team recently coordinated the bidding process, with construction anticipated for late 2022.

At approximately 115 acres, this 249 single-family detached residential community is the newest addition to the Ken Caryl Ranch community.  Amenities include a 3.7-acre neighborhood park with playgrounds, a shade shelter with restrooms, a play lawn, a network of trails and walks with fitness stations.  Existing open space tracts along the neighborhood’s perimeter were left undeveloped to preserve their natural character, benefitting the community both ecologically and aesthetically.
