Fifty-six new townhomes are coming to the city of Littleton as Redland project, Platte 56, recently broke ground.

Set along the west bank of the South Platte River, just north of Belleview Avenue, Platte 56 (so-named for the community’s location and full build-out of 56 homes total) is a unique enclave of 3-story townhomes .  With the first phase of construction anticipated to be complete in early 2018, future residents will be afforded sweeping views of both the South Platte River and the Rocky Mountains from the optional rooftop decks available on many of the homes.  Additionally, residents will have adjacent access to the Mary Carter Greenway trail network.

Redland is proud to be providing civil engineering and entitlement services on Platte 56 for the project owner, Central Development, and the project architect, Woodley Architectural Group.
