Powers Pointe, a Redland project, in Colorado Springs celebrated a huge milestone as the anchor tenant, Sprouts Farmers Market, held its grand opening on May 31.
Customers lined up ahead of the opening of the store, the 2nd location in Colorado Springs, and enjoyed freebies like reusable grocery bags and other fanfare.
Powers Pointe, a brand new retail center located at the southwest corner of the intersection of Powers Boulevard and Barnes Road in Colorado Springs, had started construction this past fall. It also includes exciting new tenants such as Tokyo Joe’s, Zoe’s Kitchen, Longhorn Steakhouse, and many others.
Redland is proud to have provided civil engineering and entitlement services to the owner, The Staenberg Group, and the project architect, Farnsworth Group, to help create a development that will make this growing community an even better place to be!
