Lansing Residential is a single-family community located five minutes north of Skyridge Medical Center in the corner of I-25 and E-470. The neighborhood is situated within Meridian International Business Park and next to Cottonwood Creek. Lansing spans over 28 acres and delivers 137 single-family detached homes.

Redland worked with Shea Properties to get the Preliminary Plan and construction documents approved for Richmond American Homes to begin construction. The Redland team provided civil engineering, land planning and landscape architecture services throughout the project. In addition, Redland worked closely with Douglas County, Meridian Metropolitan District, E-470, Mile High Flood District and the Centennial Airport. Richmond American Homes will be the homebuilder. Earthwork has begun on site with utility installation expected to begin in late spring. Final completion of site improvements is anticipated in summer of 2025.
