This past month, Redland associates went North to Fort Collins, Colorado to participate in the semi-annual Colorado State University (CSU) Engineering Career Fair. Redland also attended Colorado State’s Horticulture & Landscape Architecture Mixer, where our team met aspiring landscape architects. We are familiar with CSU as 20% of our current staff are considered alums from the university. Those alumni love to return to their alma mater and share their Redland experience with future graduates.

Our main goal at these fairs is to meet and recruit aspiring, hardworking individuals who have a passion for learning and growth. We aim to find individuals who not only work hard but play hard as well. At Redland we value our company culture more than anything, and that includes staff events, community service, and working with others.
