It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas at Redland HQ, and we sure know how to celebrate the holiday season! The week before Christmas, Redland associates gather for an end-of-year staff meeting, followed by a traditional White Elephant exchange and lunch. Catered by our very own skilled Redland chefs, the lunch took on the theme of a “Christmas BBQ.” In addition, an ugly Christmas sweater competition was adopted for this party. 

The holiday event is meant to cap off the year as we begin to look forward to 2023. Redland takes this time with staff to review and analyze our standing in the industry, as well as acknowledge star performing associates. 

After business, it is time for the ultimate gift exchange! Redland takes their White Elephant very seriously and this year did not disappoint. With gifts ranging from board games to a Spice Girl Poster and a Nicholas Cage pillow, stealing was abundant. This is a major event that every Redlander looks forward to this time of year.
