The future of engineering is bright! Last week, Redland visited the Colorado School of Mines at their annual career day. It was a great opportunity to speak with graduating students and undergrads looking to break into the industry. Students were able to learn more about Redland and the services we provide, while also taking home a Redland notebook and phone stand. 

This career day kicked off the yearly cycle of college fairs, as Redland is looking to be active this season in recruiting. Next up is the University of Colorado civil engineering fair, and the Colorado State University career fair next month. Recruiting efforts are powered by our internal program, Redland University, which focuses on the development of Redland associates through mentoring, goal setting, and training.
