We are excited to announce that Redland has expanded its ownership group in 2024. Mr. Evan B. Rumney, Project Manager, has accepted an ownership invitation from Redland’s Board of Directors. Evan started in 2013 and has grown from an Engineer I to a Project Manager and now Associate Principal. Redland’s President and CEO, Mr. Chris Pangburn, said “Watching Evan over the years has been a sight-to-see. Evan has a strong desire for excellence, a commitment to clients and service, and genuinely cares for his co-workers and colleagues. Like so many others at Redland, he heavily contributes to our success. He has a great future ahead of him and I look forward to working with him as we continue our journey.”
Evan joins Redland’s three Founders and five existing Associate Principals as an owner. He has been a driving force in Redland’s effort to grow our services and offerings. We truly value the impact he has had on junior associates, as he takes pride in mentoring his own team and others. Evan leads a team that has been responsible for civil engineering on several master-planned developments: Barefoot Lakes in Firestone, Midtown in Adams County, and Prairie Point in Aurora.
