Sabbatical Spotlight: Travis Frazier

Oct 08, 2024 , , ,

This Summer, Travis Frazier a Redland Principal went off on his month-long sabbatical and recently returned to share his experiences. The Redland Sabbatical program occurs after every seven years for all associates, rewarding them a month away from work and a bonus to help fund their travels or ambitions. Travis is a long time Redlander beginning as an Engineer III in 2009 and is now a Redland Principal and Project Manager. Here is what Travis had to say about his recent sabbatical:

“My sabbatical was an amazing opportunity and experience. I had the chance to tick off a few bucket list items and, more importantly, spend uninterrupted, unplugged time with my wife and kids. Our adventure began at Black Mountain Guest Ranch in McCoy, Colorado, where we had a fantastic week riding horses, working with cattle, and exploring the stunning Colorado backcountry. We then hit the road and explored Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks, the Calgary Stampede Rodeo, and capped off our journey at Banff and Glacier National Parks. A huge thank you to Redland and my fantastic team for their support while I was away. Knowing I had such a strong team in place made it even easier to fully enjoy this adventure.” – Travis
