As proud supporters of 4H, the Redland team put on their cowboy boots and hats for the annual Douglas County Cowboy After Hours event, benefiting kids in 4H and Future Farmers of America through a junior livestock auction.
Cowboy After Hours, an annual event hosted by the Northwest Douglas County Economic Development Corporation, provides scholarships to kids in the Future Farmers of America (FFA) and 4H (Head, Heart, Hands, and Health) programs by way of a junior livestock auction. All livestock in the auction was raised by the kids. Redland partnered with the Sterling Ranch team at the Douglas County Fairgrounds to mingle with some of Colorado’s most prominent business leaders and elected officials.
We had a great time with our colleagues meeting the 4H and FFA kids. In total, over $40,000 was raised! We look forward to another successful event next year!
