When it comes to creating great places, staying on the cutting edge of design and technology is at the top of our priority list.  One of the ways that our staff stays at the forefront of industry design capabilities is through our continuing education series: the Redland University.

Multiple times a year, Redland University takes the Redland team and places them into small groups.  Led by a design specialist, these small groups run through design exercises that utilize some of the latest and greatest technology tools at our disposal.  This session, some of our own senior design associates – Andy, Brian, and Carl –  hosted a comprehensive site planning and site layout exercise.

This habit of “sharpening the saw” ensures superior design and a helps us maintain a high-performance team.
