Redland is helping the Town of Firestone further bolster its retail options as Lot 2 of Firestone City Centre recently received Town Board approval.

The 5-unit, multi-tenant building will be located at the southeast corner of Firestone Boulevard and the I-25 frontage road, and will add almost 8,000 square feet of retail space to the growing Firestone City Centre.  Construction is anticipated to begin in the fall/winter 2017.

Redland is proud to have provided land planning, landscape architecture, civil engineering, and entitlement services for the project owner, The Staenburg Group, and the project architect, David P. Goode Architecture.
