Extra Space Storage in Loveland, another Redland project, recently opened for business.

The project, located off North Garfield Avenue (US Hwy 287) and West 43rd Street in Loveland, provides approximately 101,600 square feet of self-storage space in a facility that includes multi-story, climate-controlled environments.

In designing the site, Redland provided water quality and detention facilities, as well as improved pedestrian infrastructure/connections along both Garfield Avenue and 43rd Street.

Redland is proud to have provided civil engineering services for the project owner, Compson Development, and the project architect/contractor, dcb Construction Company.
