Redland is helping bring new life to a vacant Kmart property as the City of Brighton recently approved the final development plan that will provide improved commercial and retail space.
Located at Bromley Lane and South Kuner Road, the project will provide over 80,000 SF of commercial space between three tenants. Additional improvements will be made to the landscaping of the site, as well as the pedestrian infrastructure. Water quality facilities will also be added to serve the project.
