Redland is “United in Orange” as one of our latest projects, the Broncos Training Facility Addition, received approval for construction from Arapahoe County.

Located along S. Potomac Street, just north of E. Broncos Parkway in Arapahoe County, Redland is working on the Broncos Training Facility Addition with project architect, Intergroup Architects (who have also provided the project visual accompanying this article).

The 2-story expansion will add over 10,000 square feet to the team facilities at the Dove Valley Headquarters.  Completion is planned for Summer 2018, prior to the commencement of the team’s training camp.  Additional water quality and detention improvements were included in the project.

Redland is proud to be providing civil engineering and entitlement services for the project owner, the Denver Broncos Football Club.
