Last week, Redland took part in the annual Urban Land Institute (ULI) Impact Awards. A packed event in the Seawell Ballroom at the Denver Performing Arts Center, the Impact Awards are a must-attend event each year. An industry event that recognizes projects which utilize ULI best practices and help shape Colorado in a positive manner. Personal achievement awards are given out, as well as project awards in five categories; Innovation, Infill, Influence, Inspire, and Inclusive.

Not only did representatives of Redland attend the event, but our very own Susan Wade was a juror on the selection committee. A high honor to receive, the jurors are tasked with visiting the projects and deciding which best represent each category. Redland strives to not only be involved in the industry but to recognize creative project solutions that continue to push ourselves and our clients forward. We are thankful to ULI for their continued support in our industry.
