Last week, all Redlanders and their families gathered for a company tradition that grows every year: the Redland Summer Picnic! For the past ten summer’s Redland has hosted a picnic that gets everyone out of the office and into the sun, with families and friends joining in on the fun. The picnic celebrates our competitive spirit with contests throughout the night while embracing a time that brings everyone together.
The Summer Picnic started with our largest cornhole tournament to date, a contest that lasted well into the night. While some were battling in cornhole, others got a head start on the BBQ dinner and ice cream contest. With six homemade ice cream flavors entered voting for a favorite was no easy decision. There was something for everyone; swimming, volleyball, Jenga, limbo and even a watermelon eating contest. However, the signature event of the picnic has always been the Redland tug-of-war, a best-of-three match that splits the office into a fun but fierce matchup.
A night like this is only possible because of the amazing associates at Redland and their incredibly supportive families. They are the driving force that makes Redland what it is today and the Summer Picnic is meant to celebrate that, thank you.
