Redland is pleased to announce the recent approval of the Ken Caryl Ranch North Plains Filing No. 1 development by the Jefferson County Board of County Commissioners. Redland provided land planning, civil engineering, and landscape architecture services. Redland’s construction management team recently coordinated the bidding process, with construction anticipated for late 2022.
Since 2010, the Cowboy After Hours group has been preserving the Western way by supporting 4H and FFA kids at the Junior Livestock auction. A collective of Colorado’s most well known businesses and organizations in the development community teamed up to raise more than $50,000 for the event!
