This project was conducted for the City of Arvada, where a new Parks Department and Fleet Maintenance building was the focus. A 41,339 square foot building on a 3.6 acre site, some of the original building was removed as part of this project. Off-site stormwater quality was provided for the project which required a permit from the Union Pacific Railroad.  The project also required the relocation of Juchem Ditch and stormwater quality for a portion of the neighboring property.
