Barefoot Lakes is a 1,300-acre master planned community, thirty minutes North of Denver. Situated along St. Vrain Creek, this rural site consists of a large, naturalized lake in a reclaimed quarry with more than 150 acres of active and passive recreation areas planned in the initial project phase.
Redland is involved in many facets of the Barefoot Lakes community including annexation and zoning, mining reclamation, floodplain modeling, site planning and grading, drainage and detention, roadway design, utility design, and entitlements.
