The Access 25 Logistics Park is a 300-acre master-planned industrial park in Mead, Colorado. The park gets its name thanks to its premium access to Interstate I-25. Located at the cross-section of I-25 and CR 34, future businesses at the park can easily access Colorado’s front range area. The development features a dual rail service by the BROE Group’s rail affiliate, OmniTrax, making it the only dual rail-served industrial park in the Denver Metro Area. A major tenant at Access 25, Home Depot moving in signifies a growing desire for industrial and manufacturing space in Mead and the rest of Northern Colorado.
