The Access 25 Logistics Park is a 300-acre master-planned industrial park in Mead, Colorado. The park gets its name thanks to its premium access to Interstate I-25. Located at the cross-section of I-25 and CR 34, future businesses at the park can easily access Colorado’s front range area. The development features a dual rail service by the BROE Group’s rail affiliate, OmniTrax, making it the only dual rail-served industrial park in the Denver Metro Area. A major tenant at Access 25, Home Depot moving in signifies a growing desire for industrial and manufacturing space in Mead and the rest of Northern Colorado. Redland has been working on the project through multiple service lines providing civil engineering, land planning, and landscape architecture for the development
