A Master Planned Community built off the agrarian history of the site. Once home to prized peonies, tulips and gladiolas on the Davis Farm, this 500-acre site is divided into 3 neighborhoods all centered around 3+ acre parks with trails linking residents to Prairie Lakes Regional Open Space.
Construction and renovation of the 7,000 square foot historic barn has begun. The barn will anchor Filing One as a community gathering space with gardens adorning the entrance to this wonderful new community. Filing one will offer multiple housing options including single family homes, and paired housing. Future filings 2 and 3 will see the completion of the Northern Subarea plan by providing additional housing options as well as build out of the neighborhood parks and additional amenities. Additional housing types will be offered in the future filings including townhomes, Multi-family housing and mixed use areas to support all those who want to live in Brighton, Colorado.
