Redland was responsible for land planning and civil engineering services for the new Platte 56 Townhomes. A multi-family and infill project, the townhomes are placed along the South Platte River. The South Platte River is a wonderful natural corridor providing strong pedestrian connections throughout Littleton. The Platte 56 Townhomes are along the river’s west bank and create a unique enclave of 2-3 story townhomes along the river’s edge. Residents have amazing views of both the South Platte and the front range mountains from their rooftop decks.
