Powers Pointe is a 20-acre commercial development located on the southwest corner of Barnes Road and Powers Boulevard in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The center is anchored by a 30,000-square-foot Sprouts Farmers Market with adjacent inline retail and multi-tenant quick-serve restaurants.

Redland contributed additional inline pad sites and outlot opportunities on-site. Off-site, Redland completed Rio Vista Boulevard to the west and also made improvements to Barnes Road.
