Prairie Center is a contemporary multi-use master planned community in Brighton, Colorado, on 2,000 acres with retail and residential development. There will be 4,500 single-family and multi-family homes, multiple schools, miles of trails, and more than 190 acres of open space at project build-out.
For this large development, Redland was selected to conduct master plan engineering services across all planned villages. Additionally, Redland is providing design and entitlements for the project, including 364 single-family lots within Village I and 288 multi-family units in Village V.
Redland also provides Metropolitan District engineering, consulting, and bidding services for Prairie Center.
