Redland is proud to be providing civil engineering and entitlement services for Barefoot Lakes which continues to gain steam with 618 finished residential lots and another 420 lots under construction and/or in the design process. Located roughly midway between downtown Denver, Fort Collins, and Boulder in the town of Firestone, Barefoot Lakes is part of a 1,300-acre master-planned community featuring roughly 350 acres of park space for residents to explore.

Live where you play, this amenity rich community includes Peninsula Park, a 12-acre community park; The Cove, a 7,000 square foot recreation center with 6-lane lap pool and sport courts; over 100-acres of lakes along St. Vrain Creek and miles of trails throughout the development.
