The Barefoot Lakes community recently received Final Plat and Construction Drawing approval for Filing 7A. This expansion will consist of a combination of single-family detached homes, duplexes, and townhomes, totaling 238 lots. Located in the Town of Firestone between State Highway 66 and the St. Vrain River, Barefoot Lakes is an active, natural, and vibrant neighborhood. When finished, this growing community will include up to 3,860 homes, multiple community amenities, and extensive open space including the lakes.

Redland provided civil engineering services for not only Filing 7A, but all previous filings as well. Construction has already begun as we eagerly await this new addition, Redland will continue to update the progress of Barefoot Lakes and other projects in our Newsroom.
