Situated near Union Square Park at Green Mountain and overlooking the Denver Skyline, Braxton is a brand new seven-story luxury apartment building. The project consists of 363 units, on-site covered parking, landscaped courtyards, a swimming pool, and dog park. The apartments are a welcome addition to the nearby employment hubs of Union Square, the Denver Federal Center, and St. Anthony’s Medical Campus.

Redland provided civil engineering services and landscape architecture for the infill project. The design team worked closely with Denver Water, Lakewood, and numerous review agencies to make this development a success.
