Shadow Ridge II at Southlands, a Redland project, reached a major milestone this October, obtaining approval from the City of Aurora .  This proposed multi-family project will expand the current community at Shadow Ridge by 50 additional units between a pair of new, 3-story buildings.

Southlands, which recently celebrated its 10th anniversary, has been a focal point for much of Aurora’s growth in recent years.  Redland has worked together with developer JRK Property Holdings and Architectural Workshop, to help create a well-designed space that complements the overall Southlands community by enhancing pedestrian access to the Murphy Creek trail network and the nearby Southlands Mall.  This project has recently been featured in Colorado Construction & Design Magazine and is anticipated to be ready for occupancy in summer of 2017.
