Redland is helping Lennar Colorado deliver another 124 homes to Sterling Ranch as Douglas County recently granted approval to the 7th Amendment of Filing 1.
The new lots, located along the western boundary of Filing 1 of Sterling Ranch, which has also been designed by Redland, will be home to an exciting lifestyle product line by Lennar. The new home designs will be making their Colorado debut in the Sterling neighborhood and will bolster the existing portfolio of Sterling Ranch home construction, which will eventually provide more than 12,000 new homes across approximately 3,400 acres.
Redland is proud to be providing civil engineering and entitlement services for Amendment 7 of Filing 1, and for the overall Filing 1 of Sterling Ranch.
