Redland is helping to deliver needed office/distribution space to the City of Centennial as crews recently broke ground on Encompass Business Park.

The site, which is located at the northwest corner of S. Blackhawk St. and E. Fremont Ave. will be constructed in several phases and represents one of the last vacant parcels in close proximity to Arapahoe Road.  The first building in the 55-acre park to be delivered will provide 150,000 square feet of office/distribution space and is anticipated to be completed in Summer 2017.

Redland has provided civil engineering and entitlement services for this project for the owner, Central Development, and the project architect, Intergroup Architects.
